Our service has a policy of employing staff with a suitability card. Our staff are encouraged to participate in professional development in order to broaden and upgrade their skills. Staff Ratios are 1 staff member to 15 children on school property; 1 staff member to 8 children for excursions.
We adopt an attitude of respect for all families and staff regardless of backgrounds, physical capability or cultural diversity. This is encouraged by fostering high self-esteem and positive self concept in children by exploring similarities rather than differences.
The program will present positive experiences for the children which are based on gender equity. We aim to create an atmosphere where all the children feel comfortable, secure and happy.
