Celebrating 10 wonderful years of Playgroup @ Moggill...
This year, we are proud to celebrate a very special milestone at Moggill State School - 10 years of Playgroup!
For a decade, our Playgroup has been a welcoming space where families can connect, children can play and learn, and relationships within our school community begin to grow. For many families, Playgroup is their very first experience with our school, helping them feel comfortable, supported, and part of something special long before their child starts Prep.
This wonderful program began back in 2016, thanks to the vision and dedication of Mrs Tanya Suffolk. As the driving force behind establishing Playgroup, and our very first coordinator, Tanya laid the foundation for what has become such an important part of our school community.
We would also like to recognise Laura Whyte, our past Playgroup coordinator, for her contribution in continuing to build and nurture the program, and extend a big thank you to our current coordinator, Amanda Scarisbrick, who continues to create a warm and engaging environment for our families today.
Over the past 10 years, Playgroup has supported countless families, created lasting friendships, and helped little learners take their very first steps into school life with confidence.
We look forward to many more years of laughter, learning, and connection!
