This Friday we celebrate the great work and commitment of our teachers on World Teachers' Day. Our Parents and Citizen's Association will be providing a breakfast for school staff to acknowledge this. I ask that you join us in thanking our teachers for the work they do. World Teachers' Day is an opportunity to say thank you to all teachers. The best way we can thank our staff is through the grateful sentiments of our students. This is the work that our teachers do every day in ensuring our children are given the best opportunities possible to LEARN and ACHIEVE. "Thank you for teaching me to read; thank you for noticing when no one else seems to notice; thank you for convincing me to have a go because, I had no idea how much I would learn and enjoy learning; thank you for believing in me; thank you for listening; thank you for making me feel safe; thank you for setting me in the right direction; thank you for helping me to be and do my best and thank you for learning with me."
