WINTER UNIFORM

Also with colder weather, comes the addition of jumpers, tights and tracksuit pants. Our school has a P&C Association endorsed Uniform Policy. It is a school expectation that all parents co-operate in the shared responsibility of students following the school's uniform dress code by wearing the full uniform at all times whilst attending and/or representing the school (including but not limited to excursions, school photos etc).

 The Moggill State School P&C supports a uniform dress code for Moggill State School students because it:

  • Assists in providing a safe and supportive teaching and learning environment by:
  • Ready identification of students and non-students at school or on excursions etc.;
  • Eliminating distraction of competition in dress, quality or fashion at school;
  • Fostering a sense of pride and school spirit; and
  • Complying with Education Queensland General Provisions Act 2006 and the Sun Safety Strategy.

Our winter wardrobe includes:

  • Navy long bottoms
  • School jacket or plain navy jacket/jumper
  • Navy stockings or leggings

We appreciate parents working with us to support students wearing the appropriate coloured jumpers and track pants/ leggings  (navy). You can view the full Dress Code Policy.
