This week during Assembly we discussed 'being and doing our best' and what this means for individual students. We talked about being our best in the playground during breaks and before and after school. We also discussed being our best in the classroom with our learning. Using the Peace Code as the tools to follow our school rules helps us in this pursuit. We celebrate that every student is different, which includes differences in our strengths as well as differences in areas for development. I challenged students during assembly to think about the areas that they can work on in order to be their best in the playground and in the classroom. Being and doing our best is an area that we pride ourselves on every day.
We look forward to having these conversations with students over the coming weeks.
